What is your shipping policy?
We work hard so you can have your custom nautical artwork at the earliest possible date. Once your order is completed and all the required information is received and confirmed, the production of your artwork can begin. Because each piece is handmade, timing varies. Usually the work is done and ready for shipping in 5-7 business days. If you need your order faster you can expedite it for an extra fee.
DOMESTIC
All domestic shipping is FREE. We usually use UPS Ground which can take up to 5-7 days in the contiguous United States. Tracking information will be provided at checkout. Note: Shipments to rural addresses can take a few extra days to arrive. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
INTERNATIONAL
For shipping outside the continental United States, please contact info@NauticalName.com for shipping costs and information.
Framing
The 14x17 frames have glass and the 14x27 frames have acrylic.
The frames may vary in color from what is displayed on the web due to monitor differences and the nature of wood and wood products.
We will do our best to make sure the mat, glass and acrylic are free of fingerprints and dust however particles may shift during shipping and handling,
Damaged Items
If your order was received damaged, please take a picture of the item and send it to info@NauticalName.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to send you a replacement order as soon as possible.
